Hi guys.
Recently i got 9600 xt 256mb, i consider upgrading it with passive cooling but i have one problem. THe mode has no caddy or frame which is need in order for passive cooling to rest on CPU. Is there any that i can buy online that has similar dimension and thickness that i can try using for the card?
So far i searched online and they all seems to be too thick , also maybe bit wider then needed.
Is there any solution for making this work? Any suggestions are appreciated.
Regards,
Dado.

Can you post a picture ? There must be a way to secure a heatsink since the original fan+heatsink had to be secured....
Only good picture of a passive cooled one is this, and is 128Mb..https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/4gEAAOSwgohjM2zw/s-l1600.webp

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

Hi. I have currently non working 9600 XT to show you pictures (HIS 9600 XT 256 is on its way, ordered from ebay). I `ve found one passive cooling but i was thinking about getting bigger one from Primecooler or Zalman if i can get my hands on it, but if these smaller are doing the job well then i may keep it. I`m just worried that GPU will overheat since its bit newer card model and maybe i should get bigger passive cooling, but maybe i`m wrong.
