Hello people, I'm struggling to find the right drivers for those damn integrated audio chip in windows, both windows 98 and windows xp claim they can't find the right drivers.
I've downloaded some drivers from the web but it's a no go.
Some details:
Vendor: 1039h
Device: 7012h
Subsystem ID: 030013F6h
Obviously on ecs website they do not provide any audio driver for this motherboard: https://www.ecs.com.tw/he/Product/Motherboard … s/specification

Any help please?

Does the BIOS have any options for it?

Yes to enable or disable the integrated audio, which is enabled (otherwise it won't get detected from the os), the funny thing is that the "card" works fine in dos with sbemu, so I suppose it's correctly initialized.

The board seems to have a C-Media sound chip if it is the linked P4S5A. The CMI973x/9761A driver is also provided on the website.
