I found an old CD of 3D Studio 2.0 project files and in one folder there is a files called LANDSCAPE.3DS which is paired with a INFO.DOC with the following content:

The results of the Autodesk Professional Projects (APP) we're shown at the Autodesk EXPO'92 (Floriade Zoetermeer the Netherlands, June 2,3 and 4 1992). One from the seven entries is elected as the public choice. The prize for the winners was a complete 3D Studio configuration. Research Machines 486/33 MHz/8 Mb RAM/240 Mb Hard-disk, SPEA HighLight graphics Board and SPEA 20" Multisync Triniton monitor, 3D Studio Release 2 and Animator Pro.

Spea is a German hardware vendor who resold some S3 video cards in the early 90's but so far I haven't found anything labeled HighLight or lined up with the right year/professional level. Anyone here know what card this might be?

That is likely it! There are other small typos in the original text file so it is perfectly reasonable that they spelled HiLite as "HighLight". Thanks for the link 😀
