I have a bit of a basket case of a board that is almost working but has problems making it unusable. the chipset is good but the system can not run SMP tasks yet both CPUs still get hot when running a non SMP task. I think there is a problem with one or more of the passives around the lower CPU slot but it is hard to tell without the schematic. thank you for any help
