looks similar to an Oak OTI067
Hi, I think it might be an OAK OTI-037c because of the EPROM and the VGA's chip size. Merely the 037c was that compact.

Video card seems oak oti037 (smaller chip than 067). Sound card is some sort of ESS AudioDrive (most likely 1868F). The one on the bottom is a normal I/O controller card. The other cards I cannot see that good.
