That is super interesting, "off brand" wavetables from back in the day are far and few between.
Searching for the KN1105Q yielded nothing, as did for the PD7004CF (which I'm assuming is the rom). Undoubtably these IC's will be clones of something else/ remarked.
Looking at some of my cards this seems very similar to the wavetable on one of my aztec cards consisting of a SEC c741B with a ks0174 1mb Samsung rom, or alternatively it could be a remarked QDSP QS1000 as I see several other chips around that seem to usually be present around those (but not a QS700 as those usually have the samples stored across 2 smaller roms).
Have you listened to it? It may sound great, sometimes these "no name" wavetables had great (but copywrite infringing) Roland roms
This uses an external MCU for the MIDI handling so it is not a QS1000 or one of the Samsung things on Aztech cards, since those don't have external MCUs and they're 100 pin parts too. QS700 seems similar on first glance since it also uses a same type of MCU and sorta similar arrangement but there's no extra RAM chip used on QS700 stuff and the main chip is 100 and not 80 pins. The PD7004CF is definitely the sample ROM, and markings suggest 512KB one, so a low end offering.

Wouldn't the ram be for reverb/ echo?
I sometimes wonder if the package difference (80 vs 100 pins etc) may be just arbitrary when it comes to clones / unknown manufacturer stuff, some of the Yamaha opl chip clones were also in packages that weren't standard for them and the part numbers were purposefully bogus
in this case, the RAM is work RAM for the MCU and not for any kind of effect processing.
Package difference is usually not arbitrary, especially when all the pins are used not just some of them (i.e QS1000 uses nearly all its 100 pins and will not be able to live in a 80 pin package). The FM chip clones sometimes were in packages with more pins, but never less pins.

Just a guess, but I believe the samples were ripped from the Creative MIDI Blaster MB-10.

It sounds like "Clowns farting in the Basement" wavetable edition. Love it. If you ever get bored of that badboy, send me a PM. 😀
