I have a GTX 690 which causes the PC to blue screen or reboot just as it's about to load the desktop, after the drivers have been installed.

I tested with MATS and it gave me the report below.

Since the card has two cores with memory for each core, I'm not sure which module is faulty.

Can anyone share some insights?

I managed to fix the card by reflowing the memory module on the end of the card in the middle.

(So if you have the card placed down flat in front of you with the DVI connectors on the left, the module that needed reflowing was for the core on the far right side side of the card in the middle)
