HI

Recently I got an acer v65xa board from scrap. After examinating it closely for damages I found out it has an weird 3 pin connector labled "PWR ON CONN". There's another connector near floppy drive labked "PWR_ON" which seems to be linked to both of pins 2 and 3 (measuring in diode mode).
I could figure out that pin 1 on PWR ON CONN is GND, but that's about it. I see that pin 3 goes to pin B121 (VCC3) in the slot 1. All I got told is there's GND, PS_ON and 5vsb. Wasn't told where PS_ON and 5vsb is tho... The only logical answer to pin 3 would be 5vsb, but datasheet for slot 1 says that there's only either 1.5v or 3.3v on VCC pins.
I cannot for the life of me figure out what are pins 2 and 3 so I ask here for help.

After some research on websites I found it. Pin 2 is PS_ON and pin 3 is 5VSB. Sadly the SIO chip on this board is screwed and I must short PS_ON with GND manually for the board to even start.
But even then the SIO gets scorching hot where the orientation circle is. Which in return gives the board not enough time to finish POST....
