Hi,

Recently going through my to-do pile I pulled out this MVGA-NVTNT2MA card from prolink. It had one 22uF 16v cap broken so I've replaced it with an 25v then 50v.
Powered it on and saw the screen switching between blue and white with artifacting here and there. Powered cycled it and now a blank screen?
Power cycled it again and now switching between orangy and white with artifacts. AIDA32 detects the card fine so it's not the BIOS at fault (used PCI GPU to get into 98se). PC completes POST.
Now there is some plastic/ceramic uncovered on one leg on U8, but it isn't detached (from atleast what I can see). From what I know artifacts on these cards aren't caused by bad RAM but by bad core, correct?
Board I used to test is an ms6163.
Pic of the card here. Vid of artifacts here.

Any ideas before I get to reflowing the core?
