I know that I've touched on this prior, often exceeding the writing time before log-out, but now we (me and some other developers) officially have a real specification for our SoundFont format additions, available here:

It adds quite a lot of features, and I'm hoping that it gets used. Also the same developers helped me deal with Silicon SoundFonts (SoundFont-to-ROMpler officially sanctioned by Creative at https://github.com/stgiga/siliconsfe/tree/main for the version closest to Creative's, so yes, the Dreamblaster wasn't a new idea) too.

Hopefully SFe gets added to Falcosoft's player.
