I just installed Tomb Raider and Glidos. How do I get rid of the revolving Glidos logo from the screen which pops up from time to time?

Glidos is shareware. You have to register in order to get rid of the spinning logo.

If you don't want to, you can try out dgVoodoo which works well with TR, but then you won't be able to benefit from the Glidos improvements (support for high resolution textures, PSX audio tracks...).
