I've got a Cyrix CX486 DX266 chip as shown here:

https://www.cpu-collection.de/?l0=i&i=16&s=big&tb=1&n=0&sd=1

I also have a Soyo motherboard which looks identical to this one (025L)
https://theretroweb.com/motherboards/s/soyo-sy-025j-k-l

I'm a bit confused over the CPU jumper settings.
In the manual it says the following CPU's are supported:

CX486S/80486SX/CX486DX/AM486DX/SL80486DX/AM486DX2/
80486DX2/AM486DX4/80486DX4/P24D/P24T

Does that mean my CPU is supported? Or should it say CX486DX2 to support my CPU?

Just use the Cx486DX jumper settings with 33 MHz FSB. Both are 5 Volt.
