Recently I got this graphics card, consisting of no less than 3 full length PCBs. I do have some nice XT like systems where this card could be a great addition.

Now I heard from the previous owner it's a CAD card but no more info on it.

Can you help me out?
Protocol is probably Hercules?

type of IBM Professional Graphics controller. https://www.minuszerodegrees.net/5175/doco/51 … cumentation.htm
it does have a IBM 5170SU Programmed Symbols Adapter so maybe not..

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

It's the video adapter from 3270 PC.

Good find ! I missed that one. Long ago had a IBM XT with a lot of the 3270 stuff but not that vid card.

That's great, thanks!

So next up is a screen that burps out both mda and cga signals... find a nice IBM 5271 computer that's missing it's graphics card...
