Well, the topic title says it all.

I saw it listed in an old (1997?) ST databook, it's mentioned in some pages about vintage hardware, but I've never seen it one in person, or in an actual photo installed in a system.
On ebay I can find plenty of ST 486DX4V-100, but it's faster sibling always escaped me. Does anybody here have or had one?
