Ever go through you stash and come across something you just can't remember why you have it? Well I just did. I know I got these memory chips a couple years ago, but can't remember anything about why. Going by what I can find about them, they are 1M x 1bit 70ns. Only boards I have can't use these (IBM 5150, TRS-80 Model 4 and a generic 286 with 256k x 1bit).

If anyone can point out some other uses and or machines these work with, maybe it'll help me remember.

They are: KM41C1000CP-7

I have a Protek 286-12 and a Zeos 386sx-16 that use them <specially 70nS>...typically banks of 8 (or 9 for parity).
You have 2MB worth so probably a 286 ??

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

The only 286 I have that uses DIPs has 256 100ns in 4 banks for a total of 1MB. I really hate the fact I bought these and can't remember why. Something tells me I needed 1 and had to buy a bunch. I seem to recall them coming in the plastic tube and I stuck them in the foam. It's hell getting old.
