Okay, I got my crowning jewel Selectadock III setup going. Everything functions excellently, except I have one annoying issue I have no idea if it is possible to get working. Right now my setup is Thinkpad 770 w/Windows 98 (95 OEM image upgraded to 98SE), an internal Matrox Millennium II (VGA,DVI), and IBM 17" VGA 4:3 monitor. Once the drivers were installed, the external display works beautifully with the Matrox card with zero issues. The main LCD on the laptop however is non-functional as Windows 98 disables the Trident videocard powering the LCD on the 770. Is there anyway to get the 770 monitor to power its display while the Matrox continues to power the external display? Ideally I would love to run both which would make this setup perfect for my use, which is writing. I attached a photo just for some context of what this looks like.
Any help is appreciated.
