Do you know any non-programmable clockers for socket 7 motherboard that supports 90-100 MHz bus frequency ?

What do you mean by the question?
I think virtually all 100 MHz Socket 7 mainboards use a PLL based programmable clock synthesizer.
The last time a socketed rectangular fixed clock module was used was probably early 486 main boards from early 1990s.
