Hello. I need to replace broken "speakers" jack in Audigy2 card. Does anyone know symbol of compatible part?. Thank you.

I took a photo of my Audigy 2ZS card and it looks like the 4-pole 3.5mm jack has a proprietary design. I haven't seen it in the catalogs.

I counted 11 holes in PCB: 7-pins (main contacts) + two big holder pins + two small plastic pins for centering.
