As the title says, I tend to get hangs and freezes on my system in Windows 98 requiring restarts, and when Scandisk scans my disk, it finds that the free space count was incorrect.
I'm not sure what the problem itself is. I figured it was because I was running my CPU too fast, but even with the setting I have it at, it still loses integrity and can freeze/hang.
My setup:
Asus P3B-F Motherboard
1GHz Pentium III
Creative Audigy 2 ZS
Creative Sound Blaster 16
2 x 80GB Hard Drive, 1 x 40 GB Hard Drive
