I received an SB32 (CT3670) card.

The card was planned to be used for spare parts, and the LS24x had already been desoldered, so I had to put them back in place (I'm not familiar with SMD, but it works - at least the card successfully detects and passes the memory test).

But there is a different problem. The card produces a VERY quiet sound. So it's barely heard even from the amplified out.
I replaced all capacitors here, and the problem still exists.
I also noticed that when the PC powers on, I can hear some noise (SPK OUT), but after about 15 seconds, it gradually but quickly falls off.
Since the CD-Audio also quiet - I think that all inputs are ok but there are problems with a mixer chip (CT1745A-TBP) so it's output volume falls off for the some reason...
Is there any way to fix it or the chip is faulty and the only way is to swap it from another SB card?
