I've got a Daewoo CB581X-VI socket 7 motherboard without a CPU and mount a K6-2 500 MHz on it. It seems it works fine. The BIOS shows it as 504 MHz.

The problem is that the mobo fires up and boots on its own when I turn the PSU on. It does it even if the power switch jumper J5 is not connected. Also, J5 can't turn it off. I've tried a few different PSUs, with and without -5V rail, if that matters.

I've checked all jumpers multiple times but couldn't find anything wrong, except I can't find information about jumper J1, labelled PME (next to J5). It should have Enable/Disable states but I got the board with no jumper on it.

I hope somebody can provide some information.
