Hello retro-hardware folks,

I'm repairing an XT-clone motherboard (Biostar MB-1100 / HEDAKA HED-918 / TD-20 family).
The board has an empty socket for a CPL16R4-25NC (U22). It is the same as here (CPL16R4-25NC (missing from my board)):

If anyone has a JED/HEX dump of the CPL16R4 used on these boards, or a pre-programmed GAL16V8/ATF16V8 image compatible with it, please share it.
