The monitor is working normally, but the last 2 months, its screen started to become too "glow foggy" even though the brightness has always been reduced to 25% because the brightness is very strong, and its contrast is at 55%, and these values have never been changed.

It's as if the screen is covered with a "hazy glowing cape", and on some sites it's very difficult to read the text if it's written on a light background. I tried everything - I went into the screen menus, restarted, reset the settings, tried all kinds of options, but nothing helps, the screen continues to "glow dimly".

I changed the power adapter in case the problem was a bad power supply, purposely leaving it unplugged for 24 hours, and then plugging it into another power adapter, but no change.

This "hazy brightness" on the screen, started to happen gradually, somewhere from the beginning of August and has been increasing for the last 2 months.

Is there a way to fix this problem somehow, with a repair? What could possibly be the reason?

Let someone more knowledgeable explain.

The monitor is LCD / TFT the brand is IIYAMA model ProLite E380S

When all computers were pizza boxes , I wanted a tower case. Now that all computers are towers, the classic pizza-boxes look awesome!
