ZDTV: Amaze Yourself!

Back in 2000 there was a cable TV channel called "ZDTV" ("Ziff-Davis TV"), which aired TV shows about computers and technology. One of the shows was "The Screensavers", hosted by Leo Laporte. They advertised on the show that viewers of the show could email ZDTV with a short webcam video of themself saying "ZDTV, Amaze Yourself!", and they would select some of the videos to be played during the show's commercial breaks.

A LOT of the people in these videos were REALLY nerdy and geeky looking, and even though the people were being totally serious, I used to get a big laugh out of how "classic" that these individuals looked and acted. (NOTE: no offense intended to the nerds and geeks, as I AM one MYSELF!).

Needless to say, I JUST HAD to send in a webcam video of myself with my own spoof of "ZDTV, Amaze Yourself!", but UNFORTUNATELY Mr. Laporte did NOT play it on his show 🤣!

Anyhow, HERE is the video that I just dug up from my old ancient file archives LMAO! ENJOY!
