I am new to the forum.

Way back in late 2004 I finally hit a sweet-spot for recording live tv using a n Ati 9600 all in wonder and windows xp sp2.
I then bought a bunch of these cards, when they were cheap direct from ati in canada until 2010 when all the customs charges came in.

The initial 9600 aiw card I bought worked hard and recorded thousands of hours of tv. Until one day it began having issues with the tv side and its wdm drivers.
It began with weird video artifacts or just crashing out going blank. In the device manager some of the ati rage wdm drivers would have yellow exclamation marks next too them.
This means the tv tuner and inputs would fail refusing to load outright. Inm the end, the fix for me was to swap the card out for an exact same model seeing as they were cheap as chips
at the time.

I refuse to get rid of this original card and I would really like to see if it can be fixed! Physically it is perfect, I have always ensured it has been stored well.

I stumbled upon a thread about using a tool to diagnose an old nvidia agp card and the repair outcome.
Then I was excited to discover their is an Ati version of this tool!

I have no idea where to start.

Does anyone know where I can get it fixed? obviously not for free, I just would like to get this card working again.
