Selecting and left clicking on ZIP archive files causes Windows Explorer to crash on Windows 11. Are there ways to fix this?
no one find the cause of windows explorer crash when selecting ZIP archive files?
I haven't really used current versions of Win11 so without any details can't be sure what exactly is causing this.
Are you using Win11's built-in ZIP support or 3rd-party ones like 7-Zip? I've always been using 7-Zip so I'm not aware of any bug (if any) regarding Windows' built-in ZIP support, though IMO Windows' default support for archives is very basic.
Though I do fear this might be another bug caused by certain updates... I've heard news about several such bugs already...
