Recently got a Compaq Armada 7790 DMT for very cheap off eBay, was untested. Had a lot of surface dirt on outside but is great cosmetic condition. But the machine doesn't have any signs of powering on properly. caps/num/scroll lock is the only sign of life when I turn it on. When plugged in the original battery does take a charge. But I'm pretty sure the board isn't savable. Very bad battery damage from CMOS nimh. So I want to search for a board. The sub boards and other parts are fine, no corrosion on those. Just the system board. Anyone have a source on a good used one?
Pictures of the machine and board attached. Even if it is savable I don't really have the equipment or expertise to save it

Your best bet is to try and find a complete unit with a damaged screen, the chances of finding a loose working motherboard for this is near zero IMO

I'm trying to find a machine with a damaged chassis or display but it's like near impossible as well, untested ones I occasionally can find on eBay but probably a 90% chance of a dead motherboard.
