Hi, I got an old Toshiba T2400CS laptop, it works well, at the exception of the SCSI card. When I enable it on the bios, the laptop blocks during windows 95 loading. I did not replaced any capacitor on the PSU part, but I replaced all little 6.3v 10uf/22uf/33uf on the motherboard. The original capacitors are visible on the linked photos. On the first photo you can see the SCSI chip that looks in pretty good condition. I had one little transistor closed to it I refreshed the solder because it looked a bit oxide, but it didn't changed anything, the scsi card is still unable to start. I'm sure it is not a driver issues, as the same HDD/OS works well on another T2400CT motherboard with the same scsi chip. Would you have any suggestion about how I could repair ?
Something else is about the floppy drive, Citizen W1D, I replaced the belt (found one on ebay from a german seller), the new one fits well but at the end the floppy drive seems still not working, it is detected properly and spins when accessing it, but seems unable to read any floppy. I don't know if the issue is with the replacement belt, or if there is something else wrong. I would have liked to replace it with another one (another model) that seems perfectly working with that laptop, but as the replacement one is a bit bigger/longer I can't get it fit in the laptop case.

Any advice welcome ! Thanks.
