Delete SETUP.DAT and run INSTALL.EXE > Configure

it doesn't help

I selected Soundblaster Pro for Music and Sound
I hear the sound but not the intro tune.

my configuration is in my signature
using Soundblaster Live!

I used Roland MT-32 for music and SB standard for sounds. It works perfectly under DOSBox 0.63

strange I tries to use the same settings as you, but it doesn't work. Other games like settlers 2 works no problem

Lower the cycles, use loadfix, disable ems/xms etc.

For me it worked without needing loadfix and I have both XMS & EMS enabled under DOSBox, too. Running with normal core - 10000 cycles under my AMD Sempron 3000+ (2GB). You will probably need to slow things down a bit for correct detection of soundcard. It did the same thing under real ms-dos if I recall correctly.
