I have been searching for a driver for my CEI RAM cards, see here
Re: ISA XMS/EMS Memory Extension / Expansion cards: Now Running without Driver / Documentation :-)
and here
https://theretroweb.com/manufacturers/1583
and would like to share what I have found out so far...not much. The driver is needed to use the EMS-features of the cards. I already figured out some settings and tried drivers from other cards.
These 3 companies are the same:
Computer Elektronik Infosys AG, Oberdorfstrasse 11, CH-8953 Dietikon, Switzerland, Phone: +41-1-741 30 41
Computer Elektronik Infosys GmbH, Am Küummerling 45, D-6501 Bodenheim, West Germany, Phone: +49-6135-770
Computer Elektronik Infosys of America, Inc., 512-A Herndon Parkway, Herndon, Virginia22070, Phone: +1-703-435-3800
The driver I am searching for is for the "Ramflex"-Card.
This is from the manual of the Software "Qualitas MOVE'EM". I didnt find a copy of it but I dont think the driver is inlcuded.
Computer Elektronik Infosys
Ramflex
The Ramflex board is Type I. The EMS driver provided with the Ramflex board is called
IMM4.SYS. The default behavior for IMM4.SYS is to mark all areas as EMS mappable
through their install program. This is optimal for MOVE'EM.
DEVICE=IMM4.SYS
DEVICE=C:\MOVE'EM\MOVE'EM.MGR
Therefore its called "IMM4.SYS".
The RAMFLEX-Card is also recommended for use in the Epson Equity LT-286e:

But I didnt find anything in the EPSON Drivers.
And...better dont look at this...this is what remains from the company. I guess I can find what I am looking for on the floppies laying around here…

So anybody has an idea where I can find the "IMM4.SYS" or the complete driver disk for the RAMFLEX-Card?
