The screen stays on the EA Sports logo, or a white or black screen. The game does reach the main menu though, as I can hear the music and the sound when moving the mouse. I've attached a trace log.

If you don't copy D3D9.dll into the game folder, only DDraw and D3DImm then the game works. There still is a problem with the lighting of the golfer character but I fixed it, will be included in the next version.

Btw, co-using D3D7 and D3D9 in the way this game does (and a few others I encountered) would require some development in dgVoodoo to be able to handle it correctly (it's a known issue to me), that's why the screen stays black/gray.
