Hello!

I am searching for the pdf file named: gd544xtrm.pdf
this is the Cirrus Logic Alpine series Technical Reference Manual from Jan. '96, Fifth Edition
(the 4th edition Feb '95 is widely available and easily found, not looking for links to this one)

Cirrus had it for download in the GD5434 site in 1998 : https://web.archive.org/web/19981202192525/ht … ews/gd5434.html
but ofcourse the file did not survive the test of time....

if anyone happens to have a copy please upload it here
thanks in advance! 😀

The file seemed to have been mirrored on ftp.leo.org at http://ftp.leo.org/pub/comp/general/devices/c … d544xtrm.pdf.gz circa 2004

It might be worth shooting the team there a message and asking who would have been maintain the ftp at that time, they might still have the data somewhere

I have seen this - how can you contact a team of some FTP 20+ years later? that ftp does not even exist anymore

Artisan still has a product brochure for the Alpin models on its website (under the "Manuals" section), but unfortunately the link to the TRM is broken. They do have more detailed documentation from November 1996 for the non-Alpine version of the GD5446, but you've probably already found all that out.
