I'm looking for a working driver for a Creative CT5805 PCI card. It's a card for a COMPAQ computer.

I tried installing the driver I have, but the card won't work. There are tons of drivers available on Vogons, and I'm not sure which one to choose. Could you please advise me which driver would be best for this card? By the way, I have a question - what is the black socket at the top of this card for?
