Well, it appears this part is now unobtainium. Your best bet is to secure another jack in place and solder the connections. That's what I've just done. I hot glued the socket in place as a test to figure out the positioning against the front panel, and it was surprisingly solid, so I've left it with that. I used a 4-pin socket, and wired it up as in the pictures. Doesn't look too bad at all if I do say so myself. The only thing worthy of note is that you'll find that the left channel pin is right in line with the metal chassis that the board screws onto. Pop some electrical tape over it to isolate it, bend the pin down, and be careful in your solder application as to not create a solder blob that could puncture through the tape. Other than that, it looks alright I think!
