Hello, I had just tested SG RAM SODIMM memory module from HP: 4MB SGRAM 1818-7742 D8116-63001 on ATI RAGE PRO PCI card and it works as 2 MB Upgrade.
It's good information for everyone who want to upgrade own Rage PRO card, because those HP modules are cheaper and easier to get.
Originally module HP 1818-7742 came from this motherboard https://theretroweb.com/motherboards/s/hp-vectra-vei-7 and it was used with SIS integrated graphic.
Module from HP is correctly identified as ATI P/N 100-401010 so as oryginal 2 MB module.
It detects 2 MB instead of 4 because it's single-sided module, but it's better then nothing. Now my Ati Rage PRO PCI has 6 MB of VRAM 😀
ATX 1998 build: IBM 6x86MX-PR266@208MHz on Tekram P5MVP-A4, 128MB SDRAM, Ati Rage Pro Turbo AGP 2X 8 MB SGRAM, Yamaha YMF719e, Adaptec 1200A IDE 100, Windows 95b
