hey!
ok so im tryen to run me old star trek game on my p4 Xp with 1gig ram 8only said that cuz i thought it might b usefull info), anyways i first tryed used dosbox and it gives me one error, note i posted this one on another thread if u are interested in helping me out with that metod go to
with an explanation and a screen shot of the error
and now while running it simply through win xp it gives me this other error
"requiered files/buffers required 20/20" and adds that i only have 40/0, more detail if wanted on the screens with i can hopefully attach (yes im a noobie)
i must admit my absolute ignorance to what this refres to and how to fix it but the installer gives u suggested fix with i i also have screens of, but just in cae they dont upload correctly let me show u the text that it shows
"to increase the files or buffers modify the FILES=x or BUFFERS=x statements in your CONFIG.SYS file and reboot
um where are these files?, SHOULD i modify them or even try', any way around them?, ANYTHING?, im just new to whis whole thing, got nostalgic started with my ultima games, now this one... help a brother out! thank u in advance and i apologize if this was already posted
