I bought this game a fair few years ago, back when I had an ancient Windows 95 machine that did actually have DOS as well. And it worked perfectly fine. However, now that I have a modern, shiny computer without DOS, but want to experience the heady fun of flying a spaceship, DOSbox is my only option. What I have done is put the CD in the drive (D:), opened DOSbox, typed mount d D:\ -t cdrom -usecd 0 -ioctl (as per instructions in the CDROM intro), and then run D:\bwing.exe, which I read was the right thing to do in the game compatibility index on the DOSbox site. The game loads up, but there isn't any sound. None at all. Obviously, I would like at least a vague semblance of sound.
I have searched the forum but found nothing of any pertinence or relevance.
Please help me.
