Here's a new version of Glidos. It has the new equiv-file stuff, but also other things.

All the configuration is now available from the "Adjust" dialog, so longer is there a need to edit the glidos.ini file.

A choice between OpenGlide and psVoodoo has been added to the config (psVoodoo now supports windowed mode).

Mipmapping is available in the config.

There's an optimisation for Blood on graphics cards that don't supported palettes.

There's an optimisation that speeds up getting into the ring menu in TR1.
