I have the full version of DN3D on my DOSBox with the core on dynamic and everytime I try to run setup or to launch the game, dosbox crashes and gives a warning on me! I don't even know what's wrong since I just freshly installed the game on my harddrive. Need some help. thx

Which version of dosbox? What warning is dosbox giving you? Also, you'll need a very fast PC to run Duke3D anyway....so maybe you'll have better results with this:

The new version 0.65, and when it crashes, it just gives me the usual Windows "needs to shut down, sorry for the inconvenience" error. It doesn't even address the error on the Dosbox console.

My specs are:

AMD Athlon 64 3000+
1024 MB of RAM
Sapphire Radeon X700 PRO 128 MB
AC'97 Onboard Audio - nForce 4 motherboard

Turns out most games that use the Build engine like Blood also give me the same results up above. Surely my specs above should at least be able to run it, right?

BTW, I have used Jonof before, but since the new version of DOSBOX came out, I was hoping that there would be some improvement.

Windows error message.

NVM though...

I don't know what's going on, but now I'm able to run Duke3D and Blood now without any problems. I don't know what happened since I couldn't run either setup or the launch file, but now I can do it without any problems.

Still seems to stutter when I keep the cycles around 30000 to 40000.

Those cycles might be too high for your CPU. I tried it at 34000 cycles w/ dynamic core on my AMD FX-53 and it works smooth as can be. What resolution did you set it to? 320 works perfectly, whereas 640 can be jerky.
