SeaMonkey 2.53.1 released for Windows 7+

Need to verify if Vista works or not.
If Firefox 60 will work on Vista then it will.
I'm right now testing the install on Windows 2000 + BlackWingCat. SeaMonkey 2.53.1 requires Windows 7+, not Vista. That was the first trouble. When I tried custom install, and deselected the creation of icons on desktop, folder, quick start, it had a trouble. Then I tried again and decided to go standard install. It installed, but asked me to reboot. The reboot then failed. So I had to force restart it. Let's see how it unfolds. I saved a snapshot before install, so I am safe.
Edit: It did install. But the browser refuses to run no matter the compatiblity setting I choose. So no, the newest SeaMonkey won't work with Win 2k + BlackWingCat, with 2.49.5 being the last supported one.
