The game runs fine in window mode, but when I switch to fullscreen mode, it beginns to stutter, move slowly and also the sound stutteres. Played with the config file, allowing it max priority, nothing changed at all. My specs are

CPU: Athlonx XP 1.7GHz
RAM: 512 SDRAM
SOUND: AC97 VIA
VIDEO: GeForce FX5200
OS: WinXP

Can anyone help? I really enjoy this game alot and it's frustrating.

Use:

core=dynamic
cycles=20000
output=ddraw

Intel i7 5960X

Thanks, it worked, it seemed to be from surface, changed to overlay and works like a charm.
