Hi,

I run DOSBox 0.65.
It works very well in VGA mode for the Legend Ent., Adventures like Eric the Unready, Gateway, Spellcasting ...

When I try to start these adventures in SVGA mode, Ireceive the following message from the adventure game (NOT from dosbox):

'Your display doesn't seem to support 800x600 Super VGA.'

I tried Scitech Display Doctor 5.1 (aka UNIVBE, UNIVESA), but it didn't work.

How do I get these games running in SVGA mode properly?

Some Legend adventures don't have support for VESA and none support S3 directly. Get ykhwong's build (or build CVS with unofficial SVGA patch) and set "svgachipset=et4k" in dosbox.conf. For information about unofficial builds consult DOSBox SVN Builds.

Good morning,

I tried ykhwong's build for dosbox 0.65,
Using the default svga chipset (s3) it didn'twork (no text was shown on the display), but a et4000 chipset DID work.
