Hello. Just discovered dosbox cause I wanted to play Stonekeep again after all these years. But I am having a problem. I do the mounts normally, I install the game, I set the sound/music in the setup and everything works fine. But when I run the game it isnt playable at all, eventhough I speed up the game (control F8+F12). The sound isnt smooth, even I cannot move normally my char. And the mouse is responding very bad. When I roll it, it rolls fine, then it stops for some secs then it rolls faster than normal.
Anyone knows bout this game simulation or can help?

Bah forgot to tell you that I am running DosBox in WINXP sp2 and of course I use the latest version 0.65

Tried core=dynamic and cycles=auto?

Sorry but I am new here. Tried to find core=dynamic and cycles=auto in help and faq but can't find 'em. Can you help me please where to put these lines?

There is a file called dosbox.conf in your dosbox folder. It's the configuration file. You can edit it using a text editor. Search for core= and cycles= inside and change them to core=dynamic and cycles=auto respectively.

Thank you pusher. Got tired of world of warcraft after a year and a half and suddently (really, I donot know how) I wanted to play all these oldies like stonekeep, king's quests, zak mc kraken etc. You will see more of me in the future
