Hi there,

I've gone through the whole process of installing it by mounting the right drives and such, and I've gone father into the loading process for the game as I ever have in the past couple of days. However, when Crusader: No Remorse is loading, it gives me this random problem (and I've checked around the forums for an answer and I haven't gotten an answer yet). The problem I get is the following:

1Running with full installation.
2Loading: [.....CRUSADER:   No Remorse
3==================================
4Out of memory in file GRAPH\VPORT.C, line 103
5==================================

I'm just one problem away from reuniting with my old old hobby (been 7 years since I last played Crusader: No Remorse)

And btw, yes, I'm installing an original copy, not an illegal download.

I'd greatly appreciate any help that I can get!

Corrections:

I meant to say "farther" instead of father.

Also, I did read the README, and found nothing there.

I have played it up to the 4th mission recently.
Settings I used regarding CPU and memory:

[dosbox]
memsize=16

[sdl]
output=surface (I had trouble with it freezing with OpenGL)

[cpu]
core=normal (also works with dynamic)
cycles=auto

[dos]
xms=true
ems=true
umb=true

I also made an iso of my original cd and mount it with imgmount
imgmount k d:\dosgames\doscds\crusader.iso -t iso

Most of the errors I have seen with Crusader has been people not mounting their cd properly, but they usually got an error like
FILE/FASTFLEX.c, Line 38 error
I hadn't ever seen the error that you had posted.

Thank you very much!

I have been playing around with the settings and I had realized that it was because I had XMS off... Once I turned it back on, it went in perfectly!

I'm truly amazed and still in shock that I was able to play once again the game that I thought I was never going to be able to see ever again.

Now on to speding up the game a little bit hehe, lags sometimes.
