Hello,

I am trying to get Team F1 to work on my computer. If I launch it through the exe in win xp (professional) it launches, displays the startup screen and then when it should load the game, it loads a distorted image as if the refresh rate is off. Ive tried disabling forcing the resolution to change (and even forcing it to desktop, 60,70,75, ect) but it does not want to work in XP.

So I decided to try it in DosBox and I get a completely different error. I get an error saying "in your config.sys you will find am entry Files=???. You will have to change this line into FILEs=40" then it proceeds and says not enough files. The strange part is that I do not get that error if i launch the game in xp (just my other problem) and have checked my config.nt which is set to files=40. If I use the Dosbox set command to set files=40 (or 100, or 5000) it still gives me that exact same message. Anyone have any suggestions?

For a system Im running a AMD Dual Core 4400+, with 2gigs of ram and a 512 Meg Radeon 1900xt. Its running Windows xp sp2 professional and I tested in both Dosbox 0.65 and the CVS build.
