I only have one problem getting star control 3 working with DosBox. That is saving will not work. When I try use the save game screen it does not save and the load game option is allways ghosted. What should I do to fix this? I am using XP with Service Pack 2.

I read something about a game with a similar problem. Maybe it was SC3? Anyway, they said not save in the first slot.

I can't see how you are ment to save to a different slot?
Seen it too, recently, I think that user had done it by saving twice. And then loading the second one.
And remember, all files must be not readonly and not hidden.

There were some Hidden but with that fixed I am still not able to save my game. If I run SC3 with any doxbox I can save but the graphics are crippled.
