however my question is then, me for one dont have the c64 nor the games anymore.. My question to you is then how else am i able to play? If my only option is buy a used c64 then i guess i will them old games that i loved so much

Get them back... buy them second hand, whatever. BTW, you're not likely to get answers about Commodore 64 and its games on a forum that's about emulating an MS-DOS PC.

I remember some C64 games having a DOS port on the other side of the floppy
