Hi all.

I've got some trouble with the sound in Hocus Pocus. The sound tends 'hangs' and when it does, it doesn't stop, even after quitting the game.

I've tried changing the IRQ settings, that worked for me in Syndicate back then, but no dice.

Does anybody have an idea how to solve this?

Hey Terr,

It might help if you told us what OS you were using, and so forth.

I've got it working fine in Win 95 and XP.

VDM Sound and DOSBox are great (DOSBox better of course).

I'm playing with DosBox. This problem happens on both Windows XP and Mac OS X.

I can't confirm it yet, but the problem seems to be occuring less / not at all when switching for SoundBlaster 16 to SoundBlaster 1 in the DosBox.conf.

I'm curious, what sound card do you have, and what MIDI music/digital audio options do you have set in the installer?
