If the cursor is too jumpy you may need to increase these two values proportionally (increasing them *too* much may result in sluggish joystick response or the joystick not being detected by the game at all). These two values are like screen resolution, the larger the finer your joystick resolution is. The smaller, the more orundoff "errors" will occur and the faster and jumpier your cursor will be.
