I've tried running The Manhole (the color PC version from 1991) using DosBox .70 on Windows XP. Every time I start the game (I've tried several times) it freezes on the first opening frame and when I click on it, the mouse disappears. I've tried trouble shooting, like pressing control f12 for the mouse, but nothing happens. The game isn't on the list of compatible games on the website, so does this just mean that it isn't compatible with the program? I can't get it to run without an emulator, it freezes part way through the opening credits each time. Has anyone run The Manhole on DosBox before?
